Small power amplifier for the 10 GHz band, it consists of a GaAs-FET type EPA240B-100P and a LM2576 step-down stabilizer.
It is contained in a milled and silver-plated box of adequate size so it does not need any heat sink, it can be easily mounted through a side flange which can be also removed.
For operation it requires a supply of -5V and + 10V with a maximum absorption of 300mA.
