Mixer FM IF integrated circuit, medium/wide band up to 25 MHz or FSK data receiver, etc..., usable as duble conversion IF up to 500 MHz :

• 25 MHz wideband IF
• V_CC 2.7 - 5.5V low power consumption 8.6mA
• First IF and LO input up to 500 MHz with gain of 92dB
• Very fast logarithmic RSSI for field measurement typical 2µs with dynamicc range of 80dB and accuracy of ±1.5dB
• Sensitivity 2.2µV at 110 MHz
• Quadrature demodulator and post-detector amplifier stage usable for example as low pass filter (post-detector filter)
• Power down pin to limit consumption to only 150µA in stand-by mode

Due to the input up to 500 MHz and the good sensitivity it can be used also as RX or even better with a LNA amplifier on the input, TSSOP-24 SMD package
