Power amplifier for the 880-915 MHz band but it can also be used from 820 to 980 MHz. It is made up of 3 RF bipolar stages plus the bias circuit and 3.5V power supply. The control voltage Vc can be used to adjust the output power, with a control voltage of 0V you have the minimum output power while with 2.2V you have the maximum output power. The output power is 3.5W with an input power of 1mW and 43% efficiency.
