Common applications:
- Impedance matching
In power HF transformers on the output of MOS-FET or bipolar transistors, the maximum power is estimated at about 500/1000W. - Choke and EMI filter up to 500 MHz
- Common mode rejection choke on coaxial cables
When on the screen of a coaxial cable there is a RF current it is necessary to include a common mode choke, this situation often happens when you change from an unbalanced impedance to a balanced one (coaxial cable on balanced dipole antenna). This ferrite is compatible with all coaxial cables up to 12mm diameter including RG213, RG214, RG9, BWL400, LMR400, RG393, RG115, etc..., for this application it is recommended a choke impedance of at least 10 times higher than that of the coaxial cable
