This transistor is part of the devices particularly suitable for applications such as ultra-linear RF amplifiers, in particular for HF, VHF and UHF. It has similar characteristics to the 2N5109 and BFW16A.
For example with a current of 70 mA at 200 MHz it has a noise figure of 4.5 dB and a gain of 16 dB.
