High dynamic low noise, if it is used in Norton configuration it gives very good results, for example: 1.3 dBNF in VHF with 20mA (see RR 11-98) IP3 +34dBm @ 1 GHz 15 dBG 1.3 dBNF, amplifier up to 2.3 GHz and low noise up to 1 GHz moreover SOT-223 package improve a lot dissipation.
