The QAXIAL ATK-0302-40 is a precision 3 dB fixed coaxial attenuator designed for reliable wideband operation from DC to 40 GHz. Featuring a robust passivated stainless-steel body, precision 2.92mm (K) male–female connectors and gold-plated BeCu center contacts, it provides stable attenuation and consistent RF performance across the microwave and millimeter-wave frequency range.
With 2 W average input power at 25 °C and a maximum VSWR of 1.25, this attenuator delivers predictable performance in demanding RF and microwave environments. Its ±0.7 dB attenuation accuracy makes it suitable for microwave test benches, signal level adjustment, fixed attenuation stages and high-frequency front-end measurements. The device also supports 200 W peak power handling (5 µs pulse, 1% duty cycle), with average power linearly derated to 0.2 W at 100 °C.
The attenuator features a mechanical interface conforming to MIL-STD-348A, with a passivated stainless-steel body and coupling nut, gold-plated beryllium copper center contacts and a PEI insulator. Its compact, bidirectional design ensures flexible integration into high-frequency RF assemblies and measurement systems. With an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +100 °C, it is engineered for reliable operation in a wide range of RF and microwave applications.
