This toroidal ferrite core, thanks to its generous dimensions, is also suitable for winding of large diameter cables like RG8 and RG213

Note: we remind that for the proper operation of a 1: 1 Balun it is required an impedance of at least 500 Ohms (preferably 1000), this gives the possibility to obtain a good symmetrization of the coaxial cable on a balanced load
