High performance Very High Q Silicon Abrupt Junction Tuning Varactor

Silicon abrupt junction tuning varactors has been designed to obtain the highest Q possible, they may also be used for tuning filters, phase shifters, oscillators, up-converters and low order multipliers. This tuning varactor is a selection of Ma-Com MA45234-30 with improved V_B and Q.

Each diode is supplied with test report.
