Adjustable positive voltage regulator, +3.3 to +14V, TO-220-5pin

Low dropout 0.3V @ 1A and 0.6V @ 3A, complete protection from polarity inversion on the input, overheating and short circuit, linear regulator so without noise.

It is provided of enable command, it is useful to enable/disable the output without stopping the current flux (even 3A) so avoiding dangerous transients and switching high currents.
