Rogers RO4003C Laminate™

The Rogers RO4003C is a high-performance laminate for printed circuit boards (PCB) designed for RF, microwave, and high-frequency applications. Manufactured using a hydrocarbon/ceramic reinforced glass fiber technology, it offers a controlled dielectric constant of Dk 3.38 ±0.05 and extremely low losses (low-loss material), ensuring stability and accuracy in transmission lines and controlled-impedance designs.

Unlike PTFE-based materials, Rogers RO4003C does not require special hole preparation and can be processed using standard FR-4 manufacturing methods, delivering high-quality results with lower production costs. It is available in various formats and configurations, making it ideal for high-frequency multilayer PCBs, radar modules, sensors, telecom devices, and communication infrastructures up to 10 GHz.

Thanks to its low dissipation factor (tan δ 0.0027), excellent thermal stability, and lead-free assembly compatibility, the RO4003C laminate is one of the most reliable solutions in the Rogers RO4000 series for advanced electronics designers and manufacturers.
