Quadrature modulator integrated circuit suitable for any type of modulation both for the classic analog modulations such as AM, FM, SSB etc... and for the modern digital modulations and multi-carrier. The base-band input ranges from dc to 250 MHz while the RF modulated output from 800 to 2500 MHz with RF output level at about 0dBm (1mW) as max output.
For the operation it needs only few external components.
