Our lab consists mainly of Hewlett-Packard (HP) / Agilent / Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz instrumentation connected to plotters and laser printers to provide reliable test reports, very appreciated by our customers.
The main functions of the lab are:
Noise figure measurement with Agilent 8975A 10 MHz - 26.5 GHz with precision noise source N40002A 10 MHz - 26.5 GHz and N4001A 10 MHz - 18 GHz. The same instrument is able to find the ENR or to measure the ENR of unknown noise sources.

SPECTRUM ANALYZER, Agilent E4402B 9 kHz - 3 GHz, HP 8562AOPT26 1 kHz to 26.5 GHz and the more performing HP 8564E 9 kHz to 40 GHz with low phase noise.
Power measurement with two power meters HP 436A with many different power heads up to 25W and 26GHz, Rohde & Schwarz NAUS 3, NAUS 4 and NAS Z5 directional wattmeters up to 1 GHz and up to 100W.
Various instruments, atomic rubidium frequency standard, some analogic rf power meters, modulation meter, etc...
