Wideband FM IF integrated circuit, IF amplifier and demodulator up to 300 MHz, FSK demodulator up to 10 Mbit/s with 12 MHz max. band, it is often used in microwave radio base stations as demodulator in IFs at 70 or 140 MHz for data TX, gain 46dB and RSSI indicator circuit with a dynamic range of 35dB and variation of 2.1µA/dB, IF limiter circuit and FM demodulator.
