- 21 dB @ 500 MHz
- 19 dB @ 1 GHz
- 15 dB @ 2 GHz

Demonstrating the optimum performances of this MMIC, even the INRIM of Turin (National Research Institute of Metrology formerly Galileo Ferraris Institute) has tested the MMIC at very low temperature (25°K = -248°C).

The gain value still remain more or less the same with a considerable improvement in noise figure (IEEE Transactions on applied supercunductivity, Vol. 17, No. 2, June 2007).
