Our lab consists mainly of Hewlett-Packard (HP) / Agilent and Rohde & Schwarz instrumentation connected to plotters and laser printers to provide reliable test reports, very appreciated by our customers.
The main functions of the lab are:
Noise figure measurement with Agilent 8975A 10MHz - 26.5GHz with precision noise source N40002A 10MHz - 26.5GHz and N4001A 10MHz - 18GHz. The same instrument is able to find the ENR or to measure the ENR of unknown noise sources.
Rohde & Schwarz SMHU 100KHz - 4.2GHz, Rohde & Schwarz SMPC 5KHz - 1360MHz, Agilent 83640B 10MHz - 40GHz
Scalar network analyzer 10MHz - 40GHz Agilent 8757D + 83640B and 10MHz - 26GHz HP 8757 + HP 8350B, Spectrum Analyzer with internal tracking 9KHz - 3GHz Agilent E4402B.
Phase Noise measurement with Agilent E4402B + options 226 up to 3GHz, offset 10Hz - 10MHz.
RLC Test Components with Impedance Analyzer HP 4191A 1MHz - 1000MHz, precision Q Meter HP 4342A 22KHz - 70MHz, RCL Bridge 100Hz - 100KHz.
SPECTRUM ANALYZER, Agilent E4402B 9KHz - 3GHz, HP 8569B 10MHz - 22GHz (40GHz), HP 8562AOPT26 1 KHz to 26.5 GHz and the more performing HP 8564E 9 KHz to 40 GHz with low phase noise.
Power measurement with two power meters HP 436A with many different power heads up to 25W and 26GHz, Rohde & Schwarz NAUS 3, NAUS 4 and NAS Z5 directional wattmeters up to 1 GHz and up to 100W.
Various instruments, atomic rubidium frequency standard, some analogic rf power meters, modulation meter, etc...
